If you’re not fully satisfied with your Upstr LiftCore™ insoles, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
Your satisfaction is our top priority.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it (lightly used is acceptable).

You must include the original packaging (if available).

A valid proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

4. Return Process

Once your return is approved:

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 5–10 business days.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number.
We will resolve the issue quickly — either through a replacement or a full refund.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
