5. Incorrect Address

If an order is shipped to the wrong address due to customer error, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.

We will do our best to assist you, but refunds for lost packages after confirmed delivery are not guaranteed.

For international orders, MyUpstr is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your local authorities.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.


8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately at contact@myupstr.com.
We will send a replacement or issue a refund based on the situation.


9. Delivery Guarantee

If your package does not arrive within 30 business days, please reach out to our support team.
We will either reship your order or issue a full refund — your satisfaction is guaranteed.
